Who Should Attend:  SMB Business Owners and Executives with P&L responsibilities.  Participants should be comfortable with basic algebra.

What We’ll Work On: “Critical Few” profitability drivers such cost of acquisition, sales and marketing funnels, and contract negotiations; and essential math tools like expected value, decision trees, and return on investment.  We will work with real-life examples from the instructor’s consulting experience, along with questions and examples from the participants’ own businesses.

When:  the workshop is delivered in two four-hour sessions — Session A and Session B — which do not need to be taken in order.   Currently scheduled dates include:

Session A: April 16 (Tue), April 26 (Fri), April 30 (Tue) — all sessions from 1 to 5 p.m.

Session B: April 19 (Fri), April 23 (Tue), May 3 (Fri) — all sessions from 1 to 5 p.m.

Attendance is limited to five participants per session.

Where: in Durham at the Marsosudiro & Company offices (2908 Arnold Rd.) or a nearby location.

Fee: $250 pays for one participant to attend both Session A and Session B.  Satisfaction guaranteed.  If you complete one or both sessions and believe that it was not worth your time plus the $250, we will immediately refund your fee.
